So, with that, here is a little be more about me. On the home page I shared the story of how I became interested in energy medicine. Here is a little more about my credentials and what makes me, me.

• Certified Energy Medicine Healer through Rezinate (James and Debbie Pask, healers and mentors). This training is based in shamanic journey practices where we visit the quantum world, a place where all things are possible. 
• Certified 200-hour Yoga Teacher + Yin Yoga teacher certification through Yoga and Aryuveda Center.
• Certified Meditation Guide through Yogamu Institute.
• Certified Sound Healer through Life Changing Energy.
• Certified Death Doula through Peaceful Presence (a training that helps me help people navigate massive change and grief)
• Holistic Health Coach through Institute for Integrative Nutrition

• Step mom to two amazing humans (I'd like to take credit for that, but really can't)

• Talk to trees and see nature spirits everywhere
