Terms of Service

Welcome to Rosebud Wellness ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website rosebudwellness.online (the "Site") and the booking, purchase, and receipt of our energy medicine healing and yoga services (the "Services"). By accessing the Site, booking a session, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.

1. Who We Are / Nature of Services

Rosebud Wellness provides chakra healing, energy medicine healing, yoga instruction, and related wellness offerings, delivered in person and/or virtually. Our practitioner is a certified energy medicine healer, RYT-200 certified yoga instructor, certified sound healer, certified meditation leader, and certified death doula.

These Services are complementary and holistic in nature.They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. See Section 6 (Health Disclaimer) below.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book Services or use the Site. If you are booking on behalf of a minor or another adult, you represent that you have the authority to do so and agree to these Terms on their behalf.

3. Bookings, Cancellations, and Payment

3.1 Booking

Sessions and classes may be booked through our online booking system. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when booking, including through our intake form.

3.2 Intake Form

Prior to your first session, you will be asked to complete an intake form. This form helps us understand your health history, goals, and any physical, emotional, or medical considerations relevant to your session. You agree to provide honest and complete information. Failure to disclose relevant health conditions is at your own risk, and we are not responsible for outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information.

3.3 Payment

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, GoDaddy Payments. By submitting payment, you authorize us (via the processor) to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method. All fees are listed in USD and are due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

3.4 Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations  made at least 1 day before your scheduled session are eligible for  a full refund or reschedule.
• Cancellations  made less than 4 hours before your session may be subject to a  cancellation fee of 50%.
• No-shows  will be charged the full session fee.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to illness,  emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, in which case you will be offered  a full refund or the option to reschedule.

3.5 Refunds

All sales are final except as required by law or as stated in Section 3.4.

4. Client Conduct

You agree to:

• Arrive on time and prepared for your session (attire, hydration, etc., as  instructed)
• Treat  practitioner with respect
• Not  attend sessions under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Disclose relevant health, safety, or comfort concerns before or during a session
• Follow studio or session-specific guidelines communicated to you

We reserve the right to refuse service, end a session early, or decline future bookings for conduct that is abusive, unsafe, or disruptive, without refund in cases of misconduct.

5. Assumption of Risk

Energy healing and yoga practices may involve physical movement, touch (with consent), relaxation, and emotional release. By participating in our Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Participation  is voluntary and at your own risk
• You are responsible for consulting a licensed physician before beginning any new  wellness, movement, or energy practice, particularly if you are pregnant,  have a pre-existing medical condition, or are recovering from injury or surgery
• You will inform your practitioner of any physical limitations, injuries, or  conditions before each session
• Results, sensations, and experiences vary by individual and are not guaranteed

6. Health Disclaimer

Our Services are not medical treatment. Energy healing and yoga practices offered by Rosebud Wellnes are intended to support general wellbeing and are nota substitute for:

• Diagnosis,  treatment, or cure of any medical or psychological condition
• Advice  from a licensed physician, therapist, or other qualified healthcare  provider

We are not licensed medical or mental health professionals (unless otherwise stated), and nothing communicated during a session should be interpreted as medical advice. Always seek the guidance of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical or mental health condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something experienced during or discussed in a session.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact emergency services or a crisis line immediately.

7. Touch and Consent

Some energy healing modalities may involve light physical touch (e.g., placement of hands on or near the body). You will always be asked for consent before any physical touch occurs, and you may decline or withdraw consent for touch at any time, before or during a session, without affecting your ability to receive the session in a non-touch format where reasonably possible.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, class materials, and images — is owned by or licensed to Rosebud Wellness and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use the  Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt  to gain unauthorized access to the Site, booking system, or any related  systems
• Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Site
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through booking or intake  forms

10. Privacy

Your use of the Site and Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal and health-related information, including information submitted via our intake form.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rosebud Wellness, its owners, practitioners, and staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in our Services, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional distress, or dissatisfaction with results, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific session or class giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rosebud Wellness and its practitioners and staff from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misrepresentation of health information, or your misuse of the Services.

13. Third-Party Services

Our booking and payment systems are provided by third-party vendors (zCal, GoDaddy Payments, Google Meet) We are not responsible for outages, errors, or issues arising from these third-party platforms, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in resolving any related issues.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site or booking of Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Virginia.
